Terms of payment:  

a. Monthly payment by Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit ( RDLC) AND;  

b. Guaranteed by a Blocked Funds Letter (BFL) form one of the S & P prime 25 world banks for the amount equal to ONE (2) month's [urchase order value. The BFL shall be effective throughout the whole duration of the contract
